June 24th 2025 – Build 3106 Release Notes: Comment Enhancements, Ticketing Expansion, Manager Dashboard Updates, and Secure Authentication Support
We’re excited to introduce the latest improvements in Build 3106, which bring enhanced collaboration through comments, expanded ticketing capabilities, dashboard usability upgrades, and secure guest authentication. Let’s dive into what’s new:
Expanded Ticketing System
Ticketing features now include agent assignment, priority selection, and threaded discussions—available directly in the Admin and Manager dashboards.
Why It Is Useful: Supports full lifecycle tracking for internal or customer issues. Enables collaborative workflows without needing external tools.
CSV Export and Sorting for Report Usage
The Report Usage table now includes a CSV export button and supports proper numeric sorting on duration fields.
Why It Is Useful: Provides immediate access to usage metrics for audits, performance reviews, or trend analysis. Enables export to Excel or BI tools.
Manager Dashboard Improvements
New enhancements include a test chat button for quick access, alphabetized report lists in widgets, and and added test default chat button on the navigation menu.
Why It Is Useful: Improves navigation ability and clarity and ensures managers see only what’s relevant to their environment.
Secure Guest Login with AzureAD
Guest-facing web clients now support Azure Active Directory login flows and Microsoft Graph API integration.
Why It Is Useful: Enables organizations to provide secure access to guest users and external partners using enterprise-grade authentication.
Improved Comments on Useful Notes and Tickets
Comments now appear more reliably across new tenants and staging environments. Script behavior has also been updated to integrate more smoothly with page content.
Why It Is Useful: Ensures consistent collaborative documentation across all tenant environments. Improves trust in comment visibility and engagement.
Commentator Support Across Content Types
The Commentator module is now available for Useful Notes and other content types, with support for both edit and public views where enabled.
Why It Is Useful: Enables ongoing discussion, clarification, and review across knowledge content and internal notes.
Enhanced Admin Dashboard Display
The Admin Dashboard now intelligently displays links only when their corresponding features are enabled. This update also includes integration of new dashboards such as Report Usage and AI Feedback—available only to authorized users.
Why It Is Useful:
Prevents confusion by ensuring admins only see relevant tools. Reduces clutter and improves system clarity during feature rollouts or partial enablement.
Security Headers and CSP Policy Enhancements
Platform-wide HTTP headers and content security policies have been updated to align with industry standards and penetration testing recommendations.
Why It Is Useful: Strengthens protection against modern web vulnerabilities while enabling CSP violation reporting for better visibility.
Help Center Adaptability
The Help Center module now dynamically supports tenants that don’t use the Outages feature. Architecture improvements also shift more rendering logic into background services.
Why It Is Useful: Simplifies configuration and ensures the Help Center remains usable even in partial-feature setups. Reduces overhead for tenant onboarding.
