SolarWinds Importer – Admin UI Enhancements

The SolarWinds importer in the Admin UI now supports new filter configuration fields. Solutions can be filtered by state, category, and custom fields, and filters are applied directly to the Admin UI list. API calls and solution URLs now redirect correctly to the Solutions Page, with migration support included.

Why It’s Useful: Admins gain more control over which solutions are displayed and imported, making the process faster and more precise.

Chat Session Management Updates

Session lifecycle management has been enhanced with Redis pub/sub messaging to notify originating sessions when transfers end, a six-hour session limit with automatic cleanup, timers to keep records active until sessions close, and clearer operational logging. Timeout handling has also been added for smoother cross-tenant reliability.

Why It’s Useful: Keeps sessions stable and predictable, reducing duplicate conversations and making transfers more reliable.

Manager Active Chats – Chat Type Badges

The Manager Active Chats page now displays “Test” and “Prod” badges clearly without duplication, ensuring status is easy to identify at a glance.

Why It’s Useful: Gives managers a clean and accurate view of chat types, improving oversight of live sessions.

Guest History – Table Initialization

The Guest History tab now loads consistently whether or not sessions are present. Tables automatically re-initialize when needed, ensuring smoother access to chat history.

Why It’s Useful: Saves time by ensuring guest history is always available without manual refresh or reload.

API Key Validation

API key validation now returns the correct status response (401/403) instead of redirects, improving consistency and security for invalid keys.

Why It’s Useful: Provides more reliable API behavior, aligning with standard authentication practices.
