Teams App – Mobile UI Update – Pricing and marketing elements are now hidden on mobile, creating a cleaner and more focused experience for users accessing Chime through Microsoft Teams.
Comment Management Improvements – Users can now remove their own comments, and authorized agents can remove comments as well, supported by a refreshed UI that updates automatically.
Enhanced Comment Display & Formatting – Ticket comment threads now feature clearer layouts for avatars, timestamps, text, and replies, improving readability and consistency across all tickets.
Refined Time & Profile Details – Relative timestamps (e.g., “2 days ago”) now display accurately, with exact times on hover, and agent profile images appear directly within the thread when available.
The Teams mobile interface has been updated to better support new users and streamline the onboarding experience. When accessing the app from a mobile device, pricing and marketing components are now hidden, reducing visual clutter and allowing users to focus on the core functionality of Snapshot, Explore, and chat-driven workflows.
Why it’s useful: A cleaner, more focused interface helps new users navigate the Teams app without distraction and speeds up first-time adoption.
Users can now remove their own comments directly from a ticket, with authorized users also able to remove comments when needed. A clear remove option is displayed within each comment, and the ticket automatically refreshes after the action, ensuring the thread stays up to date.
Why it’s useful: Comment threads remain clean and accurate, reducing confusion when messages need correction or removal.
Comments now display accurate relative timestamps—such as “2 days ago”—while still allowing users to hover for the precise time. When agents have profile images, they are shown directly within the comment thread, improving identity recognition across teams.
Why it’s useful: Clearer timestamps and visible profile images make it easier to track comment history, maintain context, and identify contributors quickly.
