Ticketing features now include agent assignment, priority selection, and threaded discussions—available directly in the Admin and Manager dashboards.

The Report Usage table now includes a CSV export button and supports proper numeric sorting on duration fields.

New enhancements include a test chat button for quick access, alphabetized report lists in widgets, and and added test default chat button on the navigation menu.

Guest-facing web clients now support Azure Active Directory login flows and Microsoft Graph API integration.

Comments now appear more reliably across new tenants and staging environments. Script behavior has also been updated to integrate more smoothly with page content.

The Commentator module is now available for Useful Notes and other content types, with support for both edit and public views where enabled.

The Admin Dashboard now intelligently displays links only when their corresponding features are enabled. This update also includes integration of new dashboards such as Report Usage and AI Feedback—available only to authorized users.
